Cancellation Policy
We know life can be unpredictable, and sometimes unexpected things happen that can throw your plans off track. We totally get it! However, as you know, our hairstylists and staff work diligently to ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible and provide the exceptional service you've come to love.
With that in mind, we kindly request that you give us a heads-up if you need to cancel your appointment. Just a quick call or message at least 24 hours before your scheduled time is all we need. By doing so, you allow us to open up that spot for another client who might be eagerly waiting to get their hair styled by our talented team.
Now, we understand that emergencies happen, and sometimes it's impossible to give us advance notice. But in those cases where cancellations are made within 24 hours or if you simply don't show up, we do have a 40% cancellation fee in place.
Please know that we didn't introduce this fee to be mean or greedy. It's just a way for us to protect the valuable time and effort our stylists put into preparing for your appointment. Plus, it helps us cover the loss of potential business when other clients could have filled that spot.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support in this matter, as it allows us to continue providing the top-notch service and amazing experiences that have become our hallmark. You, are an essential part of our salon family, and we genuinely want to ensure that everyone receives the attention and care they deserve.
Of course, we always strive to be as understanding and flexible as possible. We know that life can throw curveballs, and we're here to help. If you find yourself in a bind, reach out to us as soon as you can. While we can't guarantee an exemption from the cancellation fee, we promise to evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes, life is just unpredictable, and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
